  So disappointed in the flowers and the delights dessert box. The flowers were all brown and falling apart. The dessert box looks like a 3 year old threw it in the box. Crushed cakes and wilted strawberries with chocolate all over the inside of the box. Excuse was... those flowers werent supposed to go out, they were trash flowers. All of it is going in the trash which is exactly where it belongs. Spend your money elsewhere! Buyer beware of excuses when trying to return and obtain a refund. Of course you dont have an order from me! My husband placed the order. He already spoke with owner and she tried to lie her way out of it blaming it on delivery driver. Once he said he picked the order up himself, she was like oh I know your order, those flowers were to be thrown out and not used. Just excuse after excuse... partial credit was given, but the whole experience didnt go over well on valentine's day. So since she wants to act like that, I will make sure everyone knows about the terrible products so no one else has to be this let down.

  I ordered same-day delivery and called to check on the timing. They had it scheduled between 2–4 pm, and I mentioned the recipient wouldn’t be there past 3. They went above and beyond and delivered within two hours of my call - all the way to Carlisle! The treats were delicious and the service was fantastic. Huge thank you to Jason for rearranging the schedule. Truly appreciated!
