- MTMarla ThompsonNov 10, 20251.0Ordered an edible arrangement, and paid a courtier fee for delivery. I was informed by the recipient that, the food was unripe and inedible. Spoke with the "person in charge". Listend to a song and dance routine on how careful they are when preparing the product. Gave them the number of the person that received the arrangement. I have been ghosted ever since. Recipient never received a call. I never received a call back i was never offered a partial refund. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company.
- SZShaun ZerbeAug 1, 20251.0Ordered an edible arrangement for my wife's birthday picked a 12:00 delivery received the phone call stating they won't be able to make it there by 12:00 then was told they spoke to the owner/manager he says for an additional $25 he can get it there on time I was not willing to pay the $25 and was willing to change the address to delivery where she would be around the time they would be able to deliver it he then told me after I asked what would he do for me for the late delivery I'll just cancel your order that sent me off a little bit we went back and forth a little bit trying to talk over one another and he told me I'll refund your money when I want and I'll ban you and get you for harassment then proceeded to continue to hang the phone up for me it was all fine and well if you would have did immediate refund horrible business owner sad that these are the type businesses that are moving into our community I highly recommend you stay away from this facility owner and their staff store #578 in Harrisburg Pennsylvania

They removed the shape included (which is what I specifically wanted) to included the chocolate covered pineapple. I paid extra to ADD it, not replace it! I reached out to the Budd Lake NJ store for refund on the additional cost but never received a response. If the size of adding it is an issue, then it shouldn't be offered. I had ordered the same arrangement from other locations at the same time, paying extra to ADD the chocolate covered pineapple shape, and it was ADDED as expected no problem. Dissatisfied with the Budd Lake location.
