I was the only person there that wasn't already being helped, and he wasn't doing anything. I said "I'm right here, I don't need to sign in to save my place in line" And he said "well, I'm not gonna know you're here then so..." I walked away.

The store is just a neat place to walk around and see the wildlife displays and fish. Everyone at the Santa area was pleasant and efficient while being busy ( Best place for a quick Santa picture as we have a special need adult that loves visiting Santa). Store display are organized. Check out was the only down fall of our trip not only had two check out open so line moved slowed but cashier were friendly and helpful.
