When I went to this store I was worried because of a few bad experiences but I decided to try them out. I originally came in after work looking for ammo prices and decided to ask about a gun I was interested in and Dan was more than happy to help and answer any questions I had. I was so pleased with the service that the next day I came in and bought the gun I was looking at and some ammo. This is now my new gun store and since then I’ve bought ammo a holster and belt from these guys, they have a everything and Dan gets an 11/10 on customer service. Keep up the good work.
- MHMike HokkanenOct 29, 20215.0Been there several times. Well stocked, relatively big for a "local" non-big box store. One of the salesmen, who has a beard, is not friendly. He will answer questions abruptly and walk away. I asked questions about the availability of various guns and ammo and if they didn't have them, that was it - the answer was "no" and he just walked off. I have spoken with some of the other gentlemen behind the counter and after you engage them in "gun talk" they were very conversant. They have a great selection of guns including some older lever actions that were in great condition. The location is convenient and the prices seem fair. I would love to have been able to give this store a 4 or 5 star rating but I can't abide rude sales people. Sorry.. OK, made a return visit. Also read response to my review by Dan. The very same gentleman I referenced above helped me this time with a sale and then made sure to ask if there was anything else he could do. I am very well of the personality type. Very knowledgable but not always good with people - I get it. It is just the way some folk are. I feel badly for having been judgmental. I can HIGHLY recommend this gun store. I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.
