  I was in the store on two separate occasions and had asked for help finding a sapphire. I was told that they would find some for me and get some information to look at and I never heard from him again. This happened on two separate occasions. I think it's safe to say that they flat out blew me off. I had also bought a special attack garnet and was very uneducated on gemstones and was counting on their gemologist to see to it that I got a nice Stone. Come to find out I paid top dollar for a very low quality Stone. The jewelry they have in their collection it's not bad jewelry hence the two star and not just the one

  Rajen helped me find a watch that was perfect, however it was discontinued and unavailable through Garrick. I was able to source it elsewhere (online) that had some old stock. Once I received it, Rajen at Garrick sized the band and set the time day and date. Because Rajen was so helpful and Garrick’s prices are so very reasonable, I won’t shop around - Garrick will be my first and last stop. I just ordered a second watch through them. The price was very similar to online, but the watch comes with a lifetime of support when purchased through Garrick. It is so much better to buy local!

  I had a great experience with Garrick Jewelers. Bethany was super friendly and helpful. I took my ring to the jewelry store because it was too loose and spinning around. Bethany said if the ring guards don't work they can put beads inside the ring. This ring is sentimental. My husband gave me this ring for our 20th anniversary. I got 2 beads on my ring which was great. But I had a hard time putting over my knuckle. I finally got it on my finger. After 1/2 hour wearing it, I felt I should take it back fearing my finger would have swollen during the night. I went back to Garrick's. Another young lady helped me. Also helpful and friendly. She consulted with Bethany since she was helping me. She cut the ring off and said she will have it fixed and sand down the beads. Tomorrow, I get to pick it up. Thank you ladies.

  Sarah helped my fiancé and I find the perfect wedding band for him. She was super patient and let him try on as many as he needed. Shop was super friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend.
