I asked about the scope I wanted and none was on the floor, so he looked it up and said that they had some in stock and he would be right back ! Ryan came back with a bunch of them and one for me . Also he made sure it would fit my rifle with a 3/8 dovetail. I thanked him for his great customer service as he proceeded to restock the shelf ! Ty Ryan !

Either way it's a cool store to go to b/c of all the taxidermy animals on display and how they're displayed. Nice ginormous parking lot with plenty of room. Took a firearms class here once before and the conference room was nice and spacious.

That said, when only two cashier's are open and the lines extend all the way back to the firearms and ammunition department I think there's a problem. I was looking for boots, and saw several employees look at me and never ask if I needed help, couldn't find the boot I was interested in so I moved on.... I also was looking for black powder hunting items and approached 3 sales consultants who were chatting, asked for the location of the items and literally received a nod and a hand pointed in the general direction and their conversation resumed. As a result, I purchased nothing. The whole experience made me discouraged because when this place first opened it was amazing. Now, I'll order my items online.
