- KSKristy SimmonsAug 16, 20251.0Walked in to buy gender reveal smoke sticks. Not a person in sight when I walked in. There are so many signs I could not possibly read them all and saw what I needed and walked over. I have never been in a fireworks store and didn't know I needed to stop for an ID check. As I went to check out, one staff member walked over to the front check in desk I assume, and just stood there. Did not say a word to me, clueless of what was going on, I asked do you want me to check out over there or where the light is on here. Extremely rude and aggressive, I was told to put my stuff done and go get my id checked, again confused, I asked what and was told again. I walked over and he would not talk to me. Took my stuff showed me where to sign and walked away. Again I asked do I leave the paper here or take it with me, he continued to be rude and said to bring it with me. I said well, you might want to explain that to people because not everyone knows or have been in store like this. He Check out, did not say a word to me and I left. A little bit of kindness and customer service goes a long way, getting a attitude and being rude immediately to customers is not a way to get returning customers.
- GSGennaro SantucciJul 5, 20253.0Everything was fine in the store - I bought some mortars for Fourth of July and followed all the directions that were given to light them (never shot mortars in my life and Ive always wanted to) and when I fired The first one it misfired and blew up the entire mortar tube and I was unable to continue for the rest of the night.- i’m not trying to be aggressive or anything it just would be nice if I could get a replacement tube so I can actually use the fireworks. I spent my money on.

He showed us discounts, suggestions and even played what they look like on YouTube. I joked we don't need fireworks, we saw em on YouTube already lol. Great classic customer service USA used to be great for.
