  0 stars. the manager and workers are extremely rude. they would never get away with this at my job. the do not care about their customers and give false information. my family bought me 3 bras for christmas not realizing they were all push up and don’t fit me. since a month had went by before christmas, i didn’t realize they didn’t fit until january. i called and ask the girl if i could exchange them within 90 days and she said YES. the receipt was with my family an hour away so i waited until we had time to meet up. i make a trip out here, try on new bras, wait in line and the manager became very rude and refused to help because she had “no way of exchanging them unless i switch for more push ups” she pushed a customer service number in my face which i’ve had no help with. unreal.

  Very nice staff! Spilled a drink in the store.the employee who helped me couldn't of been nicer! Thank you for your kindness and help

  Nice store overall, kinda on the smaller/tighter side. Good atmosphere and stock on products. Right next to their American Eagle store

  I don’t typically write bad reviews, but my experience today made me so uncomfortable.To make a long story short, I had to try on underwear because they didn’t have the style I typically get. I came out and didn’t know where to put the ones I didn’t want, so I asked an employee. The girl I asked proceeded to talk about me to another employee right in front of me because I wasn’t supposed to try on underwear. An employee gave me a fitting room and saw that I only had underwear, so I don’t understand how that was my fault. If I was told I could not try them on, I wouldn’t have, but I had no idea I wasn’t allowed. I just feel like it was unnecessary and rude to talk poorly about a customer right in front of them

  If I could select 0 stars I would. I’ve worked retail for years and I’ve never been so disgusted by the way these workers treat people. Never get greeted and the whole time I was there not one worker said anything to guests. THEN I continuously asked for help and was shut down or not even looked at and given flat responses. Nobody checked the back for me, I asked for a room, I asked where to put my clothes I tried on so I didn’t leave a mess…asked more questions about products, AND NOTHING. This is everytime I’ve gone in here and the people I know have the same experience. VERY disappointed, will not be buying from ever again.
