- CGCeleste GraceNov 23, 20251.0Avoid this Lululemon at all costs. Worst customer service. Am completely not surprised at the 1 star reviews—they are for everyone’s best interest. Avoid the one blonde worker on the floor at all costs—I asked her a simple question about pants and she pointed to where I could go without showing me and when I turned around she rolled her eyes to another coworker. Very rude and entitled. Never seen her at this location and now I will not return. Name started with an L when I asked.
- OMOcean McKeeJun 25, 20241.0I am an avid lululemon shopper but I don’t know if I will be after today. There was a racist manager there named Andrea. She told me she is a manager, but certainly does not act like one. She was extremely rude and discriminatory towards me and was very nice to other persons who were not black. She needs a few classes in customer service or maybe try to hide her racism a little better, since she clearly has an issue with a woman of color shopping at Lululemon.
