Dana was exceptional. Top tier customer service. Very helpful and accommodating. She made shopping simple and every request was no big deal. This J. Crew location got lucky with her! Thank you!

Incredibly rude staff. Went in to get an outfit for my daughter for Christmas. Walked over to get a dressing room. The “gentleman” rolled his eyes and just said “what’s up.”. I said hello I need a dressing room for my daughter. He just gestured to a room and grabbed the tag off of it and didn’t say another word. If he had included an eye roll my experience would have been complete. (Which I’m pretty sure he did as well. No one said hello when we walked into the store or acknowledged us the entire time. We said hello and nothing. Terrible. Just left so there so whichever staff is scheduled 12/6/25 at 12:15pm… JCrew GMs be warned.

My review has nothing to do with the clothes, as I love the merchandise and location (Glen Mills, PA). It has to do with one of the employee's, I believe her name is Christina. The only reason i know her name is because she was extremely helpful with two other customers in the dressing room that came in only seconds after I did. As she showed them to their dressing rooms, she told them her name and offered her help (very enthusiastically!) which i found odd because when I asked for a dressing room I got a nod to follow her. While I thanked her (TWICE) I didn't as much get a "you're welcome", let alone her name. I thought it was strange but assumed maybe she was having a bad day, until seconds later she was "employee of the year" with two other customers. When i walked out of the dressing room, she again didn't acknowledge me, so I asked another employee where I could put the items I wasn't taking with me. I hate to point out that I'm not blond with blue eyes while the other two customer's were...I hope this is an isolated incident and that Christina learns how to treat ALL customers cordially and with respect. After all, my purchase helps keep her employed.

This review is specifically calling out your associate Mary. I went into your store today 10/30 looking for pants for an event. I am a smaller build male who has to buy womens pants for them to fit properly. Mary was initially helpful, but then became more rude and snippy as the conversation went on. “Did you read that they are wide leg?!”… yes mary I did… “leave them on the hanger!”…. She proceeded to ask me my name to start a fitting room and then completely forgets 5 seconds later. When she realized my whole attitude changed to match her energy, she all of a sudden went back to be somewhat nice and offered to look for the pants in a different size (which i told her i didnt need but she insisted)… at that point I had a bad taste in my mouth so I left. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this was blatant disrespect and felt very judged as a LGBTQ member. The pants fit great on me I just won’t give my money to this store. Go to KOP to save yourself some attitude and judgement.
