  Had a great experience at our Gibsonia Dunhams recently. While trying to find a particular pair of shoes for my husband, a young man not only helped us look for them in the store but he also contacted the Butler store to see if they might have the color /size we were looking for. Unfortunately, they did not so we decided to purchase the color that the Gibsonia store had. When checking out he also gave us a discount on the shoes we purchased! It’s difficult to find helpful people these days. He gets a 5 out of 5 stars from us! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name. Will definitely be shopping there again. Great job!

  Frank here at the Gibsonia Dunham‘s firearm department was amazing. He was super helpful in his customer service knowledge was really great. I would recommend him if you need help with firearms.

  I bought a Mossberg Patriot and the staff were super friendly — especially Frank behind the gun counter, who honored the sale price from the day before. Great experience.

  I highly recommend Dunhams in Gibsonia for one reason and that’s working with Frank in the guns and ammo department. I came in knowing what I wanted and Frank was nothing but respectful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I talked to him about what I want to buy as my next purchase and he told me everything about the gun and more. Frank was very kind and called me by my first name and made sure to interact with me professionally. I will be calling Dunhams soon to make sure Frank is working so I can purchase another gun from him.
