When I was greeted I was told at first that I would not be able to return these. The manager had stated she would allow it this once. I was helped by a young gentleman to see if I could find another size but I could not find any others I liked. I took the pants back up to let them know they did not fit and I would return the ones I had. A new person was now at the register who informed me that I could return these. The manager had to again say I could this one time. I was not aware of this policy with the tags being off of the merchandise. I thought the employees and manager were very rude. Not sure I will be back to this location or American Eagle. Was very disappointed at this visit since I’ve never in all the years I’ve shopped here had this type of experience.
