- BFBridget FranzOct 31, 20251.0Went in to exchange some jeans and I had taken the tags off. I had my receipt and the tags with me. When I was greeted I was told at first that I would not be able to return these. The manager had stated she would allow it this once. I was helped by a young gentleman to see if I could find another size but I could not find any others I liked. I took the pants back up to let them know they did not fit and I would return the ones I had. A new person was now at the register who informed me that I could return these. The manager had to again say I could this one time. I was not aware of this policy with the tags being off of the merchandise. I thought the employees and manager were very rude. Not sure I will be back to this location or American Eagle. Was very disappointed at this visit since I’ve never in all the years I’ve shopped here had this type of experience.

- BWBrayden WeishaarMar 18, 20233.0Ok sorry to anyone who read my review but the store is still there google maps is just stupid so that’s my bad but I only give a 3 bc the product is great and all and they have A LOT of clearance which is always nice but I to have always felt like I was being overly watched in what I’m picking up and looking at and it may be because it was only me in the store this last time I went but it’s was weird. Would I go back for the clearance underwear YES they had a bunch of them but for anything else I’d just go to Hagerstown American eagle.
