  Tried to do a Black Friday exchange… I was walking the associate through how to do an exchange because she said I couldn’t exchange but I could return and repurchase the item BUT then wouldn’t honor my original sales price. She looked up each item on the computer but made me read every item and number out to her at turtle speed (coulda done this myself at home honestly). Then she called another associate over who called ANOTHER customer service person from a REMOTE location on the phone, and reexplained my situation for the third time. The worst part of all of this - they wanted me to read my credit card info out loud - number by number, security code, expiration date - in the store. They couldn’t type it or swipe it? The customer service process of Lands End at large is terrible. Never experienced customer service in store like this ever

  I am mad that coming to this store got me sick. Came in 09 Nov 2025 afternoon and the associate that helped us was very clearly sick. She did not wear a mask at all, and right before she helped us she was blowing her nose into a tissue, digging it up her nose to clear herself out, and didn’t even clean her hands with sanitizer. She proceeded to hand me a pen with those unsanitary hands to get my signature. I tried to avoid using it but I didn’t have a pen on me, so I immediately used sanitizer afterwards and went into a restroom shortly after to wash my hands. Alas, it was too late and I now have the worst sore throat in years and a wicked cold. Lands End, why do you force your employees to work when they are sick? And employees, why can’t you take basic sanitary precautions when dealing with customers? I dread to think where else she spread her germs and how many people got sick because of her. I didn’t give this review a 1 because in general lands end has good items and we do genuinely enjoy purchasing from here, but this was a poor experience in my opinion, especially during flu season.

  Ordered online. Land’s End acknowledged size. Sent wrong size. Store had no stock. Sales person did good job on return, but could only offer online sale as an option. That’s how we started. No guarantee same problem wouldn’t occur again. No satisfaction.
