- VGValley GirlMay 29, 20255.0I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a beautiful fruit arrangement for my friend. Placed my order online which was convenient. I needed to change the day for delivery (to an earlier day) after I had already placed the order and they were kindly able to accommodate the change. The employees were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The fruit was amazing and beautiful- my friend loved it! Delivered quickly and was exactly as I ordered it. Thank you!
- NPNora PradoJan 3, 20241.0Ordered a cake yesterday and received notification it was delivered at 12:00pm .. never heard from recipient so I followed up with store and they confirmed it was delivered .. at 4:30 I got confirmation from recipient that he just received it .. to find out it went to a different company different recipient and luckily they were able to eventually track him down to give him the cake .. so ridiculous .. so un professional and so unacceptable .. called today and they said sorry can’t do anything about it .. horrible will never use again !! Stay away .. as this seems to be a pattern for this store .. should have read review prior

Immediately open opening the box it was evident that the strawberries were old and full of mold. Very obvious that these are either made far in advance and/or not checked prior to going out to their customer. My husband called to share the concern with them and after some back and forth he was reimbursed for the strawberries but was told we still held the responsibility of delivery and the balloon. Apparently this was not obvious to the store but I doubt my husband would have still paid for delivery for a balloon had he not ordered the moldy strawberries.
