- NDNathan DavisDec 2, 20251.0I have been to this store many times and have never had a bad experience until now. I went to the store to look at guns. Both the counter attendants were busy helping a customer which is understandable. The attendants looked at me several times while helping the other customer and not once acknowledged I was there even after the other customer left one of the counter attendants looked directly at me then turned away and covered there face looking away and still didn't offer any help. I ended up walking away after waiting 15 minutes and never being acknowledged. I hope the customer service improves soon. They in fact lost a sale and I will take my business elsewhere for future needs.
