Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

The service was a 0/10, as soon as I walked in the worker named Walker was staring, watching me like if I were to steal something. I believe it was because my kids are African American, which is completely unacceptable. Why are you watching my every move? Then , I get to the register and I'm kindly greeted by an associate she was so nice. Walker was staring at us the ENTIRE time she rang up all my items as if I wasn't going to pay for it. And then, I use my nurses discount and he questions me about who and what am I using it for. Then proceeds to tell me only I CAN USE THE DISCOUNT, and that I signed a paper to waive over for me only being able to use it. I shop at lululemon all the time, when I get gifts for others and myself. Like excuse me? This is MY DISCOUNT ! I'm the health care worker, I'm always shopping at lululemon but I would never ever go back to this location. The discrimination is ridiculous. Walker was very rude. There was also a customer behind me the entire time and he did not take her order but he kept watching the other associate ring up all my items. The fact that I spent over $800 here is ridiculous just for him to be ignorant.

I brought a dress that was new, with the tag still on, and had never been worn. I had lost a lot of weight, so the dress no longer fit me. Unfortunately, she did not offer any solution when I asked about exchanging it or receiving store credit. I was very disappointed, as I have been a loyal Lululemon customer for a long time. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.
