    I am not one to write 1-star reviews, but I had a terrible experience here. I received berkenstock ls for Christmas. My dad purchased them and wasn't exactly sure on the size or color so made sure multiple times that they were returnable and exchangable. He got a protective spray again, only after verbally confirming that this would not change the ability to return it exchange the shoes. I brought them in today, well within the 60 day return policy. They have never been worn. And they would not accept them because they had gotten the protective spray. Even though this was confirmed with their sales associate at the time and I presented the original and gift receipt. It was ridiculous. No budging. Nothing to try to rectify or elevate the situation. Terrible customer service. My dad was lied to. And there's nothing online about this "policy." Note, I have attached their public return policy which I am clearly within. So disappointed. They've lost my business for life.

    Easy to navigate store. Park my kids, grab their sizes in a few selections, try on and go. Great for my kids on autism spectrum. Better service (did it myself) than Dicks in same shopping center, with teenager employee standing around with phone in hand. Returns easy. Only downside is limited larger sizes, we all have big feet.

    The staff at this location has a complete lack of clarity on current promotions and prices. They are giving out inconsistent information, which results in customers being 'ripped off' at the billing counter due to unexpected charges. This is unacceptable and amounts to poor business practice. Training must be implemented immediately to ensure employees are fully informed and provide accurate pricing
