  I usually have a good experience at this store. But today I did a return and brought two items in with the receipt but no tag. I wasn't aware I needed the tags and she let me know which I was fine with. She then proceeded to stare at my with a deadpan look, no smile. Like I was the biggest grievance to her. She then sniffed the it ems in front of me. And talked to me in such a rude tone. Makes me never wanna go back to that store if there gonna treat people like that. I dont think I treated her in a way to warrant that reaction.

  Lots of young, inexperienced associates who are very rude and busy not doing their jobs, or "over-doing" their jobs by accusing customers of stealing. I had difficulty getting an associate off their phones, talking amongst themselves and shopping for themselves to help with an even exchange. The associate did not know how to complete this transaction and accused me of trying to exchange a cheaper pair of jeans for a more expensive pair. I had to ask the manager to intervene and to cut the attitude. Took the new jeans home only to find out they had a security tag still on them. Returned to the store. I was immediately accosted at the door by an associate demanding to see a receipt. And then she said I had to go to the counter to stand in line to have them check & tag removed. A very sweet associate also implied the jeans were stolen before she checked every single number on my receipt to make sure that I had in fact purchased these jeans and did not steal them. There was no apology for my inconvenience. Terrible customer service, obnoxious store for over priced clothes.
