I ordered online and after tapping submit I got an error message that it couldn’t go through. I googled what I thought would be the closest store and Steve answered when I called. He confirmed to me that the order did go through and he had it at his store. It was late in the afternoon and I had hoped it could be delivered that day. Steve told me he would try very hard. I got a call a little bit later that the order was on its way. A few minutes later Steve called back to let me know it had been delivered. I was so impressed with Steve’s care and concern with filling my order. His communication was above and beyond. Regarding the delivery, I think they had some winter weather there and was grateful to the driver for being able to make it. I encourage people to shop/order from this particular store. You won’t be sorry.
