  I got my engagement ring in january 2025 and took it here in october 2025 to have it resized. The whole time my ring was perfect until this month (january 2026). Within 3 months of having my ring resized the band snapped. I thought surely they would see that this issue was made by them since I had no prior work done to it. I was quoted $600 for a half shank to fix my engagement ring in which had been resized and made too thinly by them themselves. At first they told me they would cover it to just resolder it but then I was told that it would be roughly $100. Needless to say unfortunately I will not be returning.

  Their ring repair service is very fast. They tightened the loose stones, resized, and cleaned three rings for about $300 and did it in a day. The rings look great. However, I didn’t get good service on identifying what kind of metal something is or identifying your ring size. One worker would say a piece was genuine gold, but then a second worker would say it wasn’t. They also said my finger was a smaller size than it actually was when I got my ring resized for it. I would just size your own fingers and then follow your own judgement, or get a second opinion somewhere else. The resizing, repair, and cleaning was good though, so that I’d do here again.

  Belle Jewelers is our go to jeweler for when we are looking to make a purchase. Joe M. did a real nice job when we were inquiring into purchasing a charm bracelet for our mother's birthday. He took down all the details, verified the names for the charms and made sure it arrived in time for her birthday party. The bracelet turned out great & our mother loved it.
