  Stopped in the other day at Carlisle store to get a gift engraved. They said it would take 2 weeks but when we told them we were hoping to get it by the end of the week iain, who does the engraving, said he would get right on it and we could pick it up next day. So, many thanks to jennifer and iain for their kindness and professionalism...and a job very well done.

  Had a fantastic visit. While I consider Jana to be my “go to” jeweler, the entire team is terrific. Alicia and Michael took care of some repairs on the spot and sold me a new chain for a beautiful yellow diamond pendant my husband had purchased for me. Always get terrific, personalized service at Mountz. Thank YOU!!

  First time shopping at Mountz Jewelers. We were greeted as soon as we entered. I needed links removed from my watch. They were able to remove the links immediately. Offered other services for watches. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere in the store. Employees were very attentive and kind.
