We came to the store yesterday and as soon as we walked in, a fellow customer gave us an unwelcoming stare while checking out. When a customer service representative approached us, he seemed more interested in telling us what we couldn't have rather than assisting us. He repeatedly stated that they didn't have cleats in our son's size without giving us the opportunity to browse on our own. His behavior came across as dismissive and made us feel uncomfortable. He hovered over us until we left the store, which only added to our frustration. I came today morning to get cleats for my other son, and I found shelf is empty. The same worker told me the they were shipped back and they are no longer selling cleats!

I picked out a Taurus G3 that was in the glass display case. When I examined it in the store I noticed wear on the barrel hood and asked the clerk if it was used. He said it was new and hadn’t been fired that the marks were from customers racking the slide I asked whether they had an unboxed new unit he went to check and returned after a minute saying they didn’t. I trusted him and bought the one in the case When I got home I discovered the firearm had clearly been fired one of the magazines had powder marks and the cartridge seating areas showed firing marks. This was sold to me as NEW when it was not I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back.
