  I’m appalled by the lack of customer service in the store and in corporate level. My 15 yo bought a dress for an event with cash she had saved up. They didn’t give us a receipt. When she tried it on at home she decided she didn’t like it. We tried to return and they would only give us store credit. None of the other dresses work for the event she’s attending. All they care about is their “policy,” not the fact that they didn’t provide a receipt in the first place. They have ZERO customer service across their company. We had never shopped there before and never will again.

  Walked in to return a couple intimates I bought online, when I went to the counter a young worker asked for my phone number while a lady with black hair, who seemed like a manager, inspected the clothing and told me that I couldn’t in fact return it as it didn’t have “tags”. On the website it says anything can be returned, even without proof of purchase apparently, as long as you have an invoice, which I was looking for on my phone as I’m familiar with this return process. She then waved me out by loudly saying “sorry”. I have no clue then as to why I couldn’t return these items, but am wondering if it had something to do with my gender expression (I am trans). Update: Went to a different store and had no issues with the manager, I was able to make my return just as easily as usual.

  Cute stuff, most of the staff were friendly. But when staff acts nasty and rude because you wanna make a return instead of exchanging an item, it's pretty off putting. I won't blame everyone for this experience, but as a customer you have the right to return an item that you aren't happy with. Can't remember her name, but maybe she needs a course on customer service and a better attitude. I wanted to love the product I bought I just didn't. Their bras run about $60, that's a bit pricey to not return if you hate the item... other wise my 3 other visits to the store were positive.

  Becca has great energy, checkout process was super chill, helped my sister locate her awards account with ease. As we entered the store, Alison, the manager, didn’t greet any of us, but everyone who came in after us received a very cheerful hello. She kept following us as we worked our way towards the back. Not assuming it’s racially motivated, but we were the only customers of color in the store. Other than that sketch behavior, it was a decent shopping experience.
