Stood at gun case for 20 minutes (after asking for help) which is unacceptable considering the store was not busy, maybe 5 customers...2 of which stood with us. When help arrived, we asked if they carried a specific item (darts) and was told by employee "I dont know", we asked if he could ask a manager and we were told "she wouldnt know either"....At this point we had approximately 300$ of merchandise that we left on counter and went to Field and Stream. He acted as if his customers were inconveniencing him....I guess being buried in his cellphone was more important.
