- JAJoseph AntantisDec 28, 20251.0Worst customer service in sporting goods. Save your money and patience and just go somewhere else. Going going gone is a 1/4 mile up the hill. Would not take a return on goods. Had bank receipt and item still with tags along with debit card used. Cashier wouldn’t help and she was extremely rude and dismissive. With customer service like here, just go somewhere else since there are better options.

The clerk would not honor the coupon because it is Christmas week. I explained that it is Dec 15 not the week of Christmas and the coupon had no stipulations. The manager would not honor it either so I left all my merchandise in the counter and walked out. This is poor business practice and I will never do business at Dunham's again
