The comment was told like do not get caught stealing. I would never return back and advise others not to shop at a store where you or your religion are not respected.
- ADAdrienne DoncseczMay 26, 20251.0I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I'm hoping this helps someone else. I purchased a large bag, wristlet, and wallet from here in September (8 months ago). The handles on my bag started to fray about 2 months ago, and I finally had time to go into the store to ask about it. I walked in and politely asked the first salesperson if I could talk to him about the bag I bought (I had it with me). I showed him the handles and asked him if this was normal for a Michael Kors bag that is under a year old. He said no and asked if I was a member. I didn't know, so he walked me back to the register to see if I had an account. He told me that if I had an account, he could give me the number for customer service, and they would help me do a warranty exchange or repair. If I am not a member, then there is nothing that can be done. After we determined that I did not have a member account with them, he told me that they won't even talk to me any further about the bag. In disbelief and anger, I walked out of the store to digest what this employee had just said to me. I walked back in a few minutes later and asked for customer service phone number anyway. He barely looked at me as he wrote it down and handed it to me. Needless to say, I will never shop there again. And for anyone who does shop there, please make sure, if the membership is free, to give them your information so that if you have any problems with your bag within a year of purchase, they won't treat you like they treated me.
