  Went in yesterday for a last minute outfit for an event last night. I was a little nervous because I didn't think I'd find anything that I wouldn't be self conscious in. The two women working made me feel confident and their suggestions were perfect, I felt beautiful last night and am very thankful for them. I wish I had gotten their names but in case they see this, I was the one from Florida in the red and white striped shirt and flared jeans. Thank you both so much.

  I stopped by to buy a formal dress for my daughter and the sales associate was terrible. She told us we were only permitted to have 4 dresses in our hands at once. When I asked the reason, she advised that if someone ordered that dress online, she couldn't sell it if we had it. What an obnoxious lie, if you have loss prevention issues, just say its the damn policy. She didnt seem happy when we asked her for shoes, flat out said they dont have the size everytime we requested a pair. She tossed the dress in the bag, not hung with a dress bag like the many times we visited in the past. Tossed our jewelry right in the bag, on top of the dress. Get store managers and sales associates that want to help their customers.

  My daughter is a freshman in high school experiencing her first homecoming dance. I wanted this experience to be memorable for her. Well it will be thanks to the rude people at Windsor in Bethel Park. The lady who walked around acting like the manager was so rude and very unhelpful as was the rest of the staff. No one greeted you when you walked in or even acknowledged you were there. We found the dress my daughter fell in love with. Sadly some of the gems on the waistline belt were broken and there was a small snag in the side of the dress. I asked if we bought the dress and were not able to get it repaired could I return it as the dress is not available on their website. She stated,"NO, all sales are final." She did give us $20 off the $100 dress for our inconvenience. REALLY!!!! Luckily my mom is very handy and I believe will be able to fix the dress so we bought it. She proceeded to write NON RETURNABLE across my receipt. Josy was so rude that I guarantee I will never spend another dime in this store. I was so frustrated by the time I left that store I could have spit nails. BUYER BEWARE.
