I paid $54.99 for a flower arrangement that arrived completely wilted and looked like it had been sitting around for days. For a company that markets itself as a premium gift service, this level of quality is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing. What made the situation worse was the customer service. When I called the store to report the issue, the representative refused to help and told me I needed to contact another location where the order was supposedly placed. That location never answers the phone and always appears to be closed. So essentially I paid $54.99 for wilted flowers and was then sent on a runaround with no actual support. This is extremely poor business practice. If you are going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind your product and take responsibility when something goes wrong. I am requesting a full refund for this order. Until this is resolved, I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again and would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company!

It’s one thing to have a delay but another to have one and not give an explanation. Then be unresponsive. I do not recommend them at all! Very unprofessional

No hardcopys of selections in store to select from and I guess nobody can write anymore. SOOO... I stuck it out and tried to do online from my phone with her help and the website blows as well. We tried 3 times but my purchase would not go to the cart. Horrible experience. When I left she said sorry but I had a feeling she was relieved as well from trying to help me actually place an $80 plus order. Horrible
