  My first time trying on clothes in lululemon. I was there with my family. There was a male staff working at the changing room. I asked my sister to come to the fitting room to look at leggings I tried on. The male worker stood in front of my door, behind my sister, and told us she couldn’t come in and that we had to keep the door open. That’s fine. BUT, he continued to stand in front of my fitting room behind my sister the entire time she was there. That is creepy and rude. It made us so uncomfortable. When I came out the fitting room, I asked the male worker if I just leave the clothes on the counter if I don’t want it. He turnt his back to me and ignored me. My family was waiting in the store while I was in the fitting room. The male staff was looking at them the whole time. I will never go back. If you are not Caucasian, I wouldn’t recommend going here. That male worker is rude, creepy, and prejudice.

  After reading the reviews before heading to this store to return 5 online items, I kept an open mind. The staff (older male) greeted me, asked me if I was returning and told me that I can look around the store prior to returning for an exchange. As looking around the store, the concept was open, clean and I was meet with other friendly staff throughout the store . I had no issues with returning the items. The items still had a tag on, receipt was available. Overall, I would go back when needed.

  Great experience shopping for my wife at the Lululemon store in Suburban Square. She was with me picking things out, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I went to pay, one associate even noticed my credit card and pointed out a benefit that helped me save money. Really appreciate dealing with bright, attentive, and communicative staff.

  When Lululemon announced they signed Eagles QB Nick Foles as an ambassador I immediately bought stock in LULU and then took my two sons and daughter to the Ardmore, PA store. We bought ABC pants, shorts, t shirts, polo's and for her leggings and bra. They're in their 20's and they really like the material, quality, style and colors. This all in addition to the great service from Danielle who ensure each of the four of us got the size that fit perfectly and matched our life style of work, exercise and casual outings. Thanks Lulu and Danielle!
