  Perfect example of “you pay for what you get” - I purchased the Parker necklace over the summer and it has been my favorite piece but the necklace broke and I was expecting the same thing you get at any store for a return/exchange with having to show the receipt and pull out your credit card for proof, etc. but to my surprise…… it was THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The instant I walked thru the door, 2 friendly females greeted me and I told them what happened—-“no problem at all. Let me get you a replacement.” Was done with the whole process in less than 60 seconds! So…….. I decided if the return/ exchange is really that easy, then I’ll just buy myself another piece ( which I did and I’m in love). But as a direct result of this interaction, I was more than happy to repurchase from this company. Love their pieces! They are well made and solid. Shine up easily and are simply beautiful! It is definitely worth it!! You pay for what you get!! A+ customer service!!

  The store is minimalistically beautiful & clean & bright. Siani greeted me when I came in, made sure I didn’t have any questions. Her and her associate were pleasant and very helpful with my purchase. Excited to gift the bracelet I bought. Will be back for sure!
