  Madison was super helpful with great. Suggestions. The iPad process that produced examples made choosing straightforward. Frame ridge offered the best value at the best price.

  Took my artwork in person to this store on Jan 2nd. was told I would get it within a week to 10days. 20days later it finally show up and they damage my artwork. Looks like they attempted to glue it down and created a ripple/crackle in the photograph. Not to mention I was provided with no updates until I reached out myself that the product would take longer than expected.

  We have had numerous items, big and small, framed using the talented team at the Suburban Square location. Everyone has been extremely helpful. The staff often work as a team to make suggestions, agree with ideas, etc. They are a pleasure to work with.

  My mom and I had such a wonderful experience at this Framebridge location in Suburban Square. We worked with Dorothy to frame a picture that was very special to my mom. Dorothy was ON it with her suggestions. Literally SPOT on with the frame suggestions and matting. Truly perfection. My mom and I keep talking about how excited we are to see it when it is finished. Will definitely be back to frame other things!

  I have now had them frame a handful of pieces and am very pleased with the results. A special shoutout to Sadie who combines technical knowledge, an artistic sensibility and stellar customer service even when the place is packed, as it was on my last visit. She is an absolute gem. We lost a fabulous frame guy when we moved cross-country and I would never have expected to wind up at a “chain,” but I tried it at the suggestion of a neighbor and am so glad I did.
