    Went to the store this afternoon with my buddy for him to get his reel relined and was met with very poor service being told the machine was broke and that they could not do it but was never told sorry for the inconvenience and not met with any of standards of helpfulness or care that they couldn’t not help us do it or take care of it for us.

    My friend went to get his pole lined and a mean man wouldn’t help and said the machine was broken and was ignorant and said don’t ya know how to do it yourself. Super poor service he needs evaluation.

    Stopped in to get a reel lined with line I Bought there. Was then greeted by a mean employee who told me he wasn’t doing any reels tonight then asked why I couldn’t do it myself? Apparently the machine has been broke for weeks and fishing season just began. I drove over an hour and very disappointed with my service. I Don’t plan on shopping at this Sportsman warehouse again

    The reason I shop this store is the people! Period. Full stop. I have no doubt they get tired of of seeing me. I just to give a shoutout to folks there! Especially Allen, Shawnee, and Amanda. Thank you for putting up with is washed up old man. I just bought a Canik at their store and it’s a piece of crap. Stove piping every 2nd to 3rd round. I ran about 500 rounds of 124g. Canik refused to do ANYTHING! Ms. Hamilton got on the phone with Canik and twisted their corporate arm. She got a real RNA and Sportsman Warehouse is sending it back to get resolved. I’m done with Canik. I will continue to spend my hard earned money at Sportsman Warehouse. I suggest you do the same. Thank you again, folks.

    I have read through several reviews and noticed that some concerns regarding the gun department remain unchanged. Our family has encountered similar issues. It would be beneficial for your staff to receive further education on customer service. Considering your active engagement with customer reviews, it's disappointing that more hasn't been done to address these issues.
