It's interesting what they end up "buying" from you and what they don't.

CLASS A SCAMMERS FOR REAL. I’m literally not a massive review girlie but trying to be better. DO NOT SELL YOUR CLOTHES HERE. This place is class A scammers. Nasty employees, subjective selections (I get this to an EXTENT), and terrible cash for your nice items. I’m being sooo serious you’re better off putting things on POSHMARK, or just giving to charity. You get a couple bucks ($2-$3) for your good clothes with tags still on them. I’ve been here a couple times, and each time I hope I have a good experience. I went there a couple years back and they were telling me that they wouldn’t accept clothes over a year old! I questioned them, trying to understand why they wouldn’t take my clothes when their entire shop is cheesy tacky early 2010s junk. ( I didn’t say this!) No arguments, but the girl working wasn’t happy I was questioning so she flagged my account to not buy clothes from me. So unprofessional. Last time I went, i walked in and they pulled up my account asking if I have stolen from them. So insulting and embarrassing as I would never do this. Turns out, it was the flag from the last time I was there and questioned the employee on my items. This time, I followed the trends they were looking for and they didn’t even go through my entire bag. They dug around lightly, and that’s it. They are sketchy with your things, and not trustworthy. It’s frustrating when you bring bags in, you expect the workers to do their job. The girls at the front were throwing clothes back at me on the counter, aggressively handling bins in front of me and had ridiculous attitude. I called The store after this altercation in hopes to speak with manager, and the girl that was acting in this manner claimed SHE was manager. I headed to style encore and happened to run into the manager there: who is very nice but just made excuses for the employees. Do yourself a favor and just bring the clothes to charity. I literally got $2 for a NEW WITH TAGS shirt, and bottoms that retailed for 40-60$. **if the manager happens to comment on this PULL THE SECURITY FOOTAGE FROM MY INTERACTION AND SEND IT MY WAY! Your employees were nasty, hostile and didn’t thoroughly go through any of my bags. Your employees were terrible, and this system used to be designed great, but has turned into a class A scam. If you care about your clothes like I do: sell elsewhere! I cried in the car going home because of how frustrated and disappointed I was With my experiences at your location.
