- PBpat burkeJul 22, 20231.0Had a few orders filled through the last few years and had no real complaints. My last order was quite a bit different. I had clarified my order twice via email and paid in advance with my card over the phone (during that conversation I had been in a hurry and even apologized for being quick) when the order arrived it was the wrong color. When I asked about it and even offered to give it back to be corrected since it was a simple mistake I was told there was no mistake and they done it wrong on purpose since I apparently had no time on the phone when I gave her my credit card. So buyer beware, if you hire these guys and they get offended at all, your order won’t be right. I’ve seen this behavior from them on other reviews as well.
