- KSKelsi SFeb 8, 20263.0Went in on 2/1 to buy a specific pair of sneakers. Took the box to checkout because I couldn’t find any employees on the floor. The tag said “ask associate for right shoe.” The cashier had to run to the back to get it and when she came back told me she couldn’t find it but she found another pair of the shoes in the same size. She told me they were 6.5 and I said no I need an 8 and she said they were the same thing. They looked similar but not the exact same. They were $20 less than what was marked. After getting to my car and trying them on, they didn’t fit and it definitely wasn’t the same shoe. I took them back in and the employee told me she needed to tag them because people steal all of the time (?) and she’d go look again for the right shoe. About 10 minutes passed and she finally came back. Compared the 2 shoes and they were in fact totally different. She had given me a youth shoe instead of women’s and a different line of shoes. What should have taken a few minutes ended up taking over a half hour. Why was there 1 employee working for the entire store?!
