- STStranger Things6 days ago1.0Went in on a whim to browse and walk around and initially it was fine, very laid back, very clean an what not. Then the sales guy started asking the usual but after being told no 4+ times he wouldn’t back off. Started being very creepy and aggressive made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. Would not recommend going here for anything not worth the harassment from employees.

Called with specific model # for a used carry on samsonite, out of warranty and just wanted to order a replacement for the extending handle...not a chance...' oh we can't do that'...but just bring it in and will send it off for repair$...right , so I can pay 3 x the value of the actual luggage piece!? So much for the good ole days brick and mortar businesses...where the needs of the customers were met...there gone...at least at Samsonite!😡🤬👎👎
