Went here to shop for Christmas and would take my dog in - even he loved it they gave him treats :) they are engaging with customers without being pushy. Also the store smells so good and quality of the products obviously are supurb.
- ARAlana RiggleSep 2, 20191.0Was in here at 8 PM on Sept 1st. Lady working rolled her head back in despair when we walked it. It was incredibly awkward and rude. She ended up disappearing in the back. A thief could have easily run off with a full rack of flannels. We left because we felt we weren't wanted there. Terrible customer service. Will just stick to the actual store in Pendleton, Oregon.
