This was the first time going to this place and enjoyed how wide of a selection they had. I got two watches, one for myself, and one for my partner. We will be going back here for more the next time we get watches.

Just because my husband loved one watch we got it and left. But poor customer experience- just because you are employed there doesnt mean you own the Movado business to be arrogant and rude!

Purchase a watch for a gift…tried to return few days later with receipt, never worn, original packaging and was denied. They pointed me to a sign….no refunds. Disappointing… will never shop Movado again.
