- VAVinit AbrahamOct 11, 20251.0Low quality products - after a single wash the jeans had damages. Also the customer service was a bit harsh(maybe it was a bad day for them) when I pointed the issue. The details of the conversation is mentioned below. The first customer service person told me that it’s a ‘design’. When I asked them to show the other pants with this ‘design’, they were not able to find any pants with this ‘design’. The supervisor interestingly later claimed that it’s a customer issue to wash the pants which causes the issue. So wash any pants from Tommy Hilfiger at your risk!! Update on Oct 16, 2025 When I contacted Tommy Hilfiger customer care, they acknowledged the issue and helped resolve the issue by compensating for the item which had the issue. This restored my faith in Tommy Hilfiger brand, but I still don’t plan buying anything from this shop, as their policies and customer service seems to be not in the best interests of the customers. I hope to buy it either online or from other retailers.
