Priscilla had turned a previously bad experience into a wonderful memorable one ! I was pretty much sold on never going to sunglass hut after a ridiculously embarrassing experience I had trying to get my mom glasses. She honestly turned it around 100% percent where we even became members that day based on how kind and professional she was. She sold us on not 1 not 2 but about 4 pairs of glasses one for pretty much each of my family members. If you’re in need of glasses please go to this location and ask for her she goes above and beyond for your satisfaction and makes you feel confident in your purchases 💖

this is an update of a previous review. the owner truly does value our opinions and I think it's important to speak up when something goes wrong. I definitely bought more sunglasses than anticipated after Priscilla made our experience an amazing one! it's very important to follow up especially if the company makes it right and they definitely made it right for me and my family!
I have hope that any stop can get the proper training from Priscilla at this location 🩷

Vanessa was the WORST EXPERIENCE. PLEASE see the VIDEO and my frustration. this is the sunglass Hut in the front of, I went about 7pm on Tuesday of last week. I was going to exchange my BRAND NEW GLASSES my daughter gave me for Christmas. as soon as I walked in she looked at them and appeared to inspect them .. then told me to look at the glasses as I started trying them on. 5 min or 10 min more in after she kept rubbing and rubbing them, she said "I can't return them they're ALL scratched up" I was so gas lit. apart from the fact I had already given her the order number and she kept asking me where did I buy them. so I was even more upset thinking I keep telling you like I showed you the email. it's like she didn't believe me from the get-go she has no idea and I felt like she was just putting prejudice on me because I had lashes and long nails. she has no idea I'm a government employee she has no idea what my income is like she has no idea of the background I come in from. it's just so disappointing that someone from the same nationality literally discriminate against another. I told her why was she using that dirty rag and if you look in the video there's debris that fell from it. her counter should be spotless if she's going to be handling high-end glasses to prevent scratching. you would think a sales representative would not be so sloppy. I contacted sunglass Hut and they were amazing and gave me a return label so save yourself time if you can. the worst part of all this I forgot to mention is that she contacted the other sunglass Hut located in the back of the Woodburn outlet, and I told her I've been trying to call them several times I'm going to put the screenshot as well, yet again, she kept telling the girl on the phone " she's trying to return sunglasses ALL scratched up making it sound like I went in with a piece of used trash and then she's like oh no I'll handle it" to the other girl. it's so frustrating and it's just a shame that customer service has declined. I don't know if they have caller ID but it's wild to me that I called a million times and the one time that this girl calls the store it's like they answered her how lazy can you be of a worker. KEEP RECEIPTS PEOPLE! I deserve a pair of glasses 🕶️

A horrible racism and harassing shopping experience from a male sale-man in this store.
I’ve been shopping in sunglass hub in woodburn outlets a couple of time in the last three years, and last year I bought nine pairs of sunglasses for my family.
Every time the sale people were very nice and helpful, I never had any issues with them.
Until today I went to Woodburn outlets for shopping a bunch of clothes and gifts, including a pair of polarized light weight sunglasses, a male salesman approached to me, and I said hello back to him, and I told him that I’m looking for a light weight sport style sunglasses for my brother-in-law.
So i went to the discounted section trying three ones on, just two minutes later, a group of people came in, and the saleman approached to me very rudely took all two glasses from my hand! And he shows me how to put the glasses on the countertop, and said to me “I should try the glasses on after putting the glasses on the countertop like this.”
And he kept harassing me to force me to leave, so the group of people can look at the glasses better. He told me in a loud voice and said that the polarized glasses I’m looking for are in the full price, I said that that is fine the price, and then he raised the voice and in a strange voice tone said that that’s in the full prices, I again said that that’s fine, and he repeated “full prices” in a strange tones and face expressions and I told him that the price would be fine. And then he repeated again about “full prices” in a loud and unpleasant voice. I feel that is so strange, and I was very nice and didn’t touch the trying-on glasses in a rough manner.
I don’t look like a rich person, but I’m not in the poor line. And he treated me in a very rude and disrespectful way repeating about full prices to me three time which is ridiculous.
I couldn’t bear the harassment, so I said that “That’s okay!” And then he raised the voice very loudly and said “have a good day!” and turned his head towards the group of people.
And I said that “Geez! I’ll never come back again!”
