- KKKevinNov 30, 20251.0Beware of deceptive pricing at the Oakley Vault in the Woodburn outlet store!!! They are VERY dishonest in their pricing. We were there on Black Friday, and happened to be looking at ski pants in the 60% off clearance section that had an orange sticker on them for $284.97. Always looking for a good deal, we carefully pealed back the sticker to see what the original price was. The price on the physical tag was $255!!! So, in order to put this on "clearance", they attached a new price sticker for nearly $30 more!!! When my bride bought it got the attention of an employee (the manager I assume) he gave a ridiculous excuse that they go up and down in price and that was the latest price. Talk about sketchy. We will absolutely never step foot in there again. Don't get me wrong- Oakley sunglasses are great. Between my bride and I, we have over a dozen pairs- and when you include ski goggles, clothing, etc it's well over twice that.

- AHAaron HintonApr 30, 20245.0Went into the store today to find a solution for a replacement lens I purchased for my Half Jackets last year from the website (lens was a gift and I was past the return window). Several attempts to re-order a similar lens resulted in the same...one side didn't fit and it was a hassle to return. Oakley's phone support was useless and very frustrating and they wouldn't consider that a defective product could've been sent out, despite my photo evidence. The store manager (Elissa) and her associate provided excellent customer service and spent considerable time interchanging my lens with different frames and confirmed there was something wrong with the lens. They offered me a solution for the defective lens that was an upgrade for me and were happy to help, wanted to make sure I was taken care of. If you're looking for additional Oakley gear, skip the website and go to the store if you can, it's a much better experience and you'll know that you're good hands. They made my day today...thank you!
