I was greeted by a friendly staff, and I appreciate that she explained which section were on sale and which weren’t. When she rang me up, she told me that items were final sale. The quality of the items are wonderful and the discounts are pretty good. I’m already looking forward to my next trip here.

My partner and I were waiting for the store to open, she then came up to unlock the door, she removed the key, made no eye contact and just walked away. We were hesitant, but took that as a sign that it was okay to come in. We came in and did not receive a single word from her. I knew what I wanted as I had gone in a previous time, I grabbed the backpack and went to the counter. She assumed I was not a buying customer and asked me if I wanted her to check the price after I stated that I wanted to purchase it. She did not provide her name but she was the only one in the store on 01/07/2021. The receipt stated her name as “Crivaram”. She was disrespectful and transmitted negative energy. It is unfortunate that I loved so many of the purses because I will not shop at a place that is disrespectful. Management should emphasize on heir associates the importance of respect and transmitting inviting and positive energy towards customers. I am sure I am not the only customer that feels this way.
