  Must Read Before Shopping Here 1. Avoid this store if possible. Do not buy anything unless you are absolutely sure you will keep it. 2. If you return an item, they will only issue store credit (no refunds to your original card). 3. Although staff insist that store credit never expires, the balance can mysteriously disappear. When this happens, they will not assist you in checking the gift card’s usage history. 4. If you do return something, protect yourself: Write down the name of the staff member who processes your return, also the date and time. Keep all receipts (purchase and return). If possible, record what staff tell you, so you have proof if they deny or change their statements later. I strongly suspect that either the staff who issued my store credit misappropriated or pocketed the fund, or worse, that multiple staff members may be involved. This practice is dishonest and misleading. Shoppers deserve to be warned before spending money here.

  Store Credit Scam – Beware! I returned a jacket here in May 2024 and was only given store credit (refunds to the original card are not allowed). That was fine with me, especially since the staff assured me the store credit would never expire. Today, when I tried to use the credit, the balance was gone – even though the card was brand new and the PIN had never been scratched until this visit. The staff showed no surprise, refused to check the transaction history, and only demanded a receipt for the store credit instead of the original purchase receipt. How is a customer supposed to verify the balance when the store itself confirmed it had value at the time of issue? This feels like a deliberate scam to hand out worthless “store credits.” I will not shop here again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  I had a very bad experience with this store, bad treatment from the sellers, I bought a coat that was a little tight, I decided to return it, get a larger one, but they didn’t have my size. And they didn’t want to return the money, they told me to buy something for that amount, but I don’t need anything elseThey say that we have such a policy that we don’t return money back, but they didn’t warn me about this and offer to buy something else with my money, this is a very bad experience, this is disrespectful to customers, I don’t advise going to this store They were very rude
