  Recently went to buy jeans on sale but had to order in store for a different size. The two teenage boys helping me had no idea what they were doing and charged my card and never actually set an order. So now I’m $70 short with no jeans and the sale is over. I will never go back.

  This American Eagle is super convenient, but everything else is kind of a rollercoaster. The staff seems half-present, like they’re physically there but spiritually elsewhere. The clearance rack? Let’s just say it’s where fashion trends go to retire. And the full-price items are so expensive you’d think they come with a personal theme song. Checking out is another adventure—there’s usually no cashier, so you end up standing there questioning your life choices. But yeah… I’ll be back. 😄

  Terrible costumer service and poor communication. Workers were too busy flirting with the costumers to pay attention. Extremely unprofessional.

  Zero stars if I could… 6 female workers sat around chatting laughing at front check out. Watching the line get longer and longer. Only one girl was checking out people. No one said I’ll be with you guys in a minute or anything at all. We just all stood in line with the workers looking at us for looking at them as the line continued to grow. I then said something about helping us or if they were open and they looked and continued talking. I have gone to American eagle for so many years and have never seen such horrible customer service any where. The skinny blonde girl that works there said that my daughter needs to be trained because she ran into her, my daughter is 5 years old and the lady didn’t know anything about my daughter or if she was special needs. Regardless the comments should have been kept to herself! I will not ever visit this location again since all the workers were just disrespectful trying to be young and cool and not work!!
