The website was user friendly and the flower selections were wonderful. I received an order confirmation with all the details listed in one document that I could review for accuracy, the flowers, card message, delivery date/time, and service location/address. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Selena called me and left a voicemail to courteously let me know that they needed to make substitutions in the arrangement. Some purple flowers were out of season so they swapped them for white and soft pink flowers while keeping the same arrangement design. I received an email confirmation when the flowers were delivered with a photo of the flower arrangement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plus, I received a second email with this personal message from the florist:, “Thank you so much so much for supporting our family-owned small business!
