- MCmatt chan4 days ago1.0They sold me a defective used gun, but still very inoperable, when I came in to get this resolved, I was met with aggression judgement, because I dare said that they’re firearm was not a working they said I don’t deserve the right to own a gun then they took it personally insulting me grabbed it out of my hands this didn’t have to go this way. It really escalated but they don’t know anything about customer service and never returning back. This is just a very odd experience. Definitely one of the worst ways to get scammed by a big company like that. Caught me off for such a nice place. But it’s nice that their Laws and everybody has to follow them so we’ll see how this goes but don’t recommend this place under any circumstances.

The management does not do their job sufficiently and they were completely unhelpful with our issue. Save your money and shop elsewhere with a company that does right by their buyer. You will regret any business done with this company. We asked for a service to be done and the store did something completely opposite. They skewed our transaction and did permanent damage.
