  I was just in this store at bridgeport to take a look around. Originally there was no staff in the front of the store, so I went about my business trying rings on and such. After being in there for probably 5 minutes, a larger framed woman with dark hair came out of the back. I then greeted her by saying hi, to which she did not respond and proceeded to just stare at me walking around the store the rest of the time I was in there. Did not ask if I needed help or anything for that matter. Very strange experience. I also never write reviews, this was genuinely just so weird!

  I purchased the classic diamond necklace from Gorjana over a year ago, but sadly the clasp broke last summer and I lost it. My husband and I went into the Bridgeport Village location of Gorjana this past weekend and had planned to repurchase the same necklace, as it was a sentimental piece I had purchased after a personal loss. All of the women working there were so welcoming and helpful, and we were so pleased to find out that Gorjana stood behind the quality of their jewelry and they offered to replaced our necklace at no cost. We ended up buying another piece as well. Such a wonderful experience with this company and this particular location. Thank you!

  Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had great experience with the staff, this review is on the quality of the jewelry. I never used to treat myself to jewelry and decided to come in and purchase a beautiful opal heart necklace that was going to be my everyday piece. I loved it so much, but after a couple of months the opal heart fell out. I went to see if anything can be done and thankfully was told I could exchange it. So I received my new one in the mail, just as beautiful! Months later (again) the small piece that hooks it in place broke, not even sure how, it just wasn’t working anymore so again I went back in to see what could be done. I was told the piece was discontinued so I was given a credit for the necklace. So yeah I wouldn’t count on jewelry from here lasting longer than a few months and I guess don’t wear the jewelry as every day statement pieces because the wear will be too much for these delicate pieces. Beautiful but definitely never purchasing anything from here again. I appreciate the ladies for always helping me out though!

  We were in this location Saturday evening about 20 min prior to closing. I spent $200 and had a lovely girl take the time to box up the gift and put in a Christmas bag. Unfortunately my daughter who was purchasing a necklace and bracelet also as gifts dealt with an extremely rude salesperson who threw her items in pouches, not offering the same service I received, and then told her bluntly..."You need to leave the store now, it's 8:05 and we are closed". We have always loved this store and frequent when we are in town, but given this interaction not sure we will go back. There was a group of 4 of us and we were all appalled!

  Employees at this specific location (Bridgeport) seem to be incompetent. One employee did not know what a tennis bracelet was. I went into the store two times asking that information about a bracelet be sent to me so my husband could get it for me. I have still not received the email. It has been 2 weeks. They took my information and I get tons of emails from them now, but nothing that I asked for. Very disappointed in their customer service and knowledge of their products.
