- TSTherese straightApr 26, 20211.0The manager, Mike, is very abrasive and not interested in finding a way to help his customer. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Macy's in the future. I didn't want to give up so I went to the Sunglass hut at Bridgeport Village where Tori was more than happy to assist me with my return and turn my day around. I'm happy to know that there are still people who pride themselves on being kind and providing stellar customer service. Mike could benefit with a few lessons, however I doubt he would be interested.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy but make wonderful recommendations. When I went there I worked with Mike and the awesome manager, Bel. I ended up buying two pairs instead of just one! 5 stars is not enough. I will only go to this store, and I recommend everyone else do the same.
