  Shane Co. Resized my wedding ring and mother's ring along with putting a birthstone back into my mother's ring in juat 4 days. When I picked them up they were clean and perfect. I waited 5 minutes upon arrival and checked in and I was done. I have been going to Shane's for almost 19 years and will not go anywhere else.

  the customer service here has gone down hill. when i went to pick up my ring after getting resized and cleaned, the lady who helped us made us feel rushed to be ok with the new size. when i said i think it may be too loose she said no it’s not, you don’t want to have to have it cut off. how would she know if it fits? it’s my finger. we had also wanted to buy some earrings while we were there but she was so rushed and rude i decided not to. apparently there was a lady she wanted to help so she was eager to get us out of there. and of course, the ring is in fact too loose so now i have to make two trips back there to get it all fixed. if she hadn’t rushed me and pressured me to be fine with it i would have only had to make one trip down. to pick up my newly sized ring. they don’t work on commission so why the rushing? and if you don’t have the time to make a customer feel respected then pass them off to someone else.

  I recently visited the Shane Co. in Tigard,OR and had the most pleasant experience thanks to Sean. I had been into the store multiple times in hopes to reset my engagement ring and pick out a wedding band but never had any luck. Sean took the time to see my vision and helped bring it to life. He was so knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. I can’t recommend Sean enough. He was by far the most knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and patient staff member I had ever worked with. Thanks Sean!

  If you are concerned about your credit score, do not get a Shane card. We opened an account to pay for an anniversary gift. We had 0% APR for 12 months and paid the account in full in 11 months. We were rewarded for our timely payments and responsible account handling with a notice that they were closing our account. All account closures have a negative impact on your credit score, so we will never seek credit with Shane again.
