- RCRicky CeeNov 2, 20251.0This has been the 3rd or 4th time this year where I’ve visited this store with my partner and every time we’ve come in, no one greets us or asks us if we need help. It’s usually not that big of a deal for me but this last time there were a couple other shoppers and I saw that the staff were being very helpful to them but ignored us. We walked all the way to the back of the store and passed every team member working and still didn’t get a greeting or anything. I don’t want to think this but I noticed that we were the only POC in the store and the only people that weren’t getting any help. I hope I’m wrong and they were just busy but this being the 3rd or 4th time, it’s hard not to see this pattern.
