- TFTiffany FJan 25, 20265.0We were in the store to get some new shoes for my teenage son who is always really picky about shoes. We not only were able to find two pairs he really liked, but when there was an unexpected issue at checkout at the register, both Emma and Thomas were wonderful at dealing with the issue with customer service over the phone and we got us out the door as smoothly as possible with that little unexpected bump in the road. Would definitely shop here again.
- MPM PNov 15, 20251.0We go to the door at 750, it says they close at 8pm. Enough time for a quick check for what we were looking for. The loss prevention guy says we close in 5min, I say 10min. Then he rudely says no 5min. He said it again, just to being a jerk. Sorry you hate your job, not my problem. Guess that store doesn’t need any business.

- DCDeb CAug 20, 20252.0Initial customer service was ok. Bought a black pair of converse that my daughter needed for a dance camp. She wore them 3 days for that and a couple (2-3) times after that since they were going to be school shoes. We've owned the shoes less than 1 month. The metal eyelet at the base of the tongue came unattached. We went to talk to them with the box and the receipt. They wouldn't even look at them because they were worn, nor would they look at the receipt. Their solution was for me to donate the basically new pair of shoes for a discount on another pair. Such a disappointment that they don't have a process for defective shoes. Not sure how else the eyelet would not stay where the lace goes through. Other shoe places in the same parking lot. Won't be going there again.
